Niksha was so very kind, helpful and prompt with our communication despite the mess up with Canada Post. Delivery was late (frustrating because I paid extra for priority shipping) and once it was deemed delivered it wasn't at my door step. Followed protocol and filed an investigation with Canada Post and less than a week later it was finally in my possession. What a relief because my wedding is fast approaching! The product is as advertised and very beautiful. I was worried they'd be feel a bit heavy but they are really comfortable! So happy I bought these to complete my bridal look <3
