What is your return policy?
1. If an item needs to be returned or exchanged, the customer shall initiate the process by contacting BG within 7 days of receiving the item. ***Earrings are final sale*** (due to hygienic reasons)
2. ***When preparing the customs information, please declare a value of $20 USD***. Otherwise, customs will charge us duties even for a return item, which will have to forward to the customer.
3. The customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping back to BG Canada.
4. Upon receiving the item, we will review it and process the refund, minus the cost of the original shipping. If you are returning a veil that is not in its original new condition, there is a maximum $40 CAD loss of value charge as the item can no longer be sold new.
